When you need something done or want to report a problem on the property, please come to the office or fill out aWork Order Request on the www.pbrstaug.wordpress.com web site, or e-mail Norma Eastes at norma@coastalrealtyfl.com.  Do not go to the maintenance man.  Management must be able to schedule work.  The Maintenance man’s work is scheduled and Management must control what he does.   Your help is much appreciated.

The annual home owner’s association meeting and election is scheduled for the following date and time:

                         St. Augustine, FL 32080 

Any eligible person desiring to become a candidate for the election to the Board of Directors should provide your name, address, ownership information, background, education and qualifications and any other factors deemed relevant by the candidate on a 8 ½ x 11 paper and return it to the above address prior to the close of business on October 6, 2011.  This information will be distributed to owners to help them make the selection of their directors.
